My Tech Wishlist

     As a nerd, I like geeky stuff, therefore I want geeky stuff. This is a little overview of my tech wish-list, and why I want each item.

 iMac 2006 17" (polycarbon model)

     I really want this computer. There's a few reasons. One, it's just sexy. Not as sexy as the new iMac, but sexier than the 2009 model imo. I just lovve the white chassis, and the massive chin. Especially the option for the 24 and 17 inch, those are great sizes. 17 if you don't have too much space, and 24 if you have too much. They also offer a 20, and it's the most practical. I like the 17". Another reason I want this machine is just plain old nostalgia. I love having old  functional computers. It would do things like basic aperture, some minecraft, and yotube., and of course, blogging. 2GB ram would be fine on this machine, as that is the max.

GoPro Hero 3

    I really wanna try out photography and filmaking. And searching, I found this would be my best bet. Although it's not a DSLR, it still produces amazing results. I would photograpgh everyday things, touch 'em up with Aperture and then edit them with Photoshop.  It would also help my youtube channel, so I would have videos up.

Dreamweaver CS5

    The best web development software Iv'e ever used. I'm currently diving into the world of web design, taking pointers from my father, who's been doing it for about 6 years. Currently I'm stuck with macromedia 2004 version, but it's still amazing. I made my first decent website in 20 minutes. And that's with barely any HTML code. (Mostly flash stuff) I also want flash CS5, for most of the same reasons.

Macbook Pro 2012 15"

    I've been in love with this machine since 2009.  They are, imo, the best looking and performing laptops around. I have used OS X for a bit at a Grove Media store, and it blew my mind. Plus, with the portablity and the performance, this laptop wold fit all my needs, especially things like gaming. This laptop is also very sexy, as is its desktop counterparts. The multitouch glass touchpad is also very amazing, and is one of the smaller reasons I want one. I recently entered in a giveaway for one, so wish me luck.
